About The Project: Completed in Fall 2014, the project for telecommunications giant Avaya is an example of how we are able to work with clients that have a national real estate portfolio. Although the project location was just outside of Denver, Colorado, it was managed from Workwell’s New York City location. Utilizing Haworth dealer and local Denver partner Pear Solutions for delivery and installation, the corporate office featured 21 private offices with Haworth Compose Desking, Lively task seating and Very side seating. Over 300 workstations featuring Compose Desking and Haworth X Series storage provide areas for individuals to complete focus work, as well as team collaboration. Other keys areas of the project include huddle and conference rooms featuring Haworth Planes Conference Tables and Credenzas, a coffee bar featuring Haworth Collection Hi Pad Stools, and lounge areas featuring Haworth Hello Chairs.
